Lord God, I pray for this dear brother and pray that he would be strong and courageous, not terrified or discouraged because he knows that You go with him wherever he goes. I pray that You would provide a way for him to leave the sphere of his family and be among other Christians where he can grow in his faith.

Almighty God, I am very thankful this young man has fled Islam into the waiting arms of Jesus. I pray You would protect him from all forms of physical & spiritual attack. I pray for his continued faithfulness despite the threats to his life. I pray You would be able to use him to reach other Jordanians with the Gospel message.

Contend oh Lord, with those who contend with this brother. Fight against those who fight against him. Rise for his help and say to his soul "I am your salvation." Let them be put shame who seek after his life. Let them be turned back and disappointed who devise evil against him. Let his soul rejoice in You, exulting in your salvation (Ps 35)!
