Oh God devestation has struck. Please Jesus be near to these women specifically Alimata. Show up for them in miraculous ways and Jesus mend their broken hearts. My heart breaks for these women. May You bless, encourage and strengthen them as they attempt to navigate life. May You bring healing to their souls. May they experience Your goodness in the face of this horrific situation. Lord, there are not words to express the grief of these widows. I pray for their mental and emotional health. I pray for the convicting of the hearts of those who have killed so many out of hatred and ignorance. I pray for a revival of such proportions that none have ever seen and for others to see Your love in the lives of these widows. In Him, Amen

Oh Father, Hold these precious women whose husbands were brutally shot and killed. The trauma they endured, the shock and now the deep grief they live with can only be healed by Your and presence. Thank you for the care they are receiving. Provide their every need and may they keep their faith in Christ and know that their husbands are with You.

Oh Father, what a sorrow! Thank you that we have assurance that the men who were murdered are safe in your arms. Please pour your Spirit onto these women and their children as they live in the aftermath of this evil deed. Their men have been killed by the devil filling Muslims and they need Your protection and deliverance. I pray You would meet their needs and heal them physically and emotionally. I pray for Alimata, Fadima and the other widows who lost their husbands in this tragic massacre of Christian men. May they remain faithful to You despite the extreme heartache they are suffering and get the care they need. May the persecutors receive justice and repent of their crimes and place their faith in Jesus Christ. Amen

Jesus, I do not know anything of the pain & trauma faced by these families but You know each of their hearts intimately. Thank You for Your unfailing love for each of them. I have just read what happened to you in August of last year and I am so sorry for your loss. It breaks my heart that anyone could be so cruel and filled with hate that they would kill someone because they loved Jesus. May you all find the comfort and strength to move forward knowing you will be together again with those you love and miss so much.

Dear Lord Jesus. Wrap your arms around Alimata and Fadima and the other women and children who have experienced this trauma. Words aren't enough to express their loss. Dear God comfort them. O Lord, overwhelm them with your love and peace and forgiveness. And, God, bring these militants to their knees in repentance.
