Father, thank You for empowering and equipping Chhater with the resources he needs to stand strong in the midst of ongoing persecution from his father and from the local authorities. By Your Holy Spirit, enable Cchater to rightly divide Your Word of truth in order to communicate it to the lost, brokenhearted, backslidden, hopeless, and downtrodden.

O Lord, the love between father and son should not be tainted because one of them puts his faith in you. Still, this is happening over and over again. I pray for Chhater Singh, that he would remain firm in faith in spite of persecution from his own father. Help him to find a place where he can work and support his family. Grace and mercy be on him.

We pray for CS and his family that Lord you will provide for them. Protect them from the Hindu community and even from their own father and grandfather. Open the eyes of the patriarch of the family. What his wife did not see, give him the grace to see while he is alive. Let him begin to see the superiority of Jesus and come along.

Strengthening God, Remind Mr. Singh and his children that there is a great reward in heaven for those who are persecuted for righteousness sake. Let them know whatever is taken from them for following Christ will never compare to the glory that will be revealed in them. Show them who to pray for and declare the gospel to, having their hearts prepared.

Thank You for the clear testimony of our brother Chhatar Singh, and for the support of his children. May their consistent walk with You be the tool that the Holy Spirit uses to convict Chhatar's father of his need for salvation in Christ. Give justice to Chhatar and the 3 others who have been falsely accused of forced conversion.
