Pray for Hmong Believers Whose Church Was Destroyed

[278] prayers in [21] nations have been posted for Hmong Believers.

Local officials dismantled a building used by a Hmong house church in rural Laos earlier this year. One of the Christians took video of village officials as they removed the building’s roof. “Today is August 2,” he narrated. “We are believers in this village. We got our house [church] destroyed by our relatives, the head of the village and the village officials. … They destroy our house just because we are believers in Jesus.” The 60 Hmong families that attend the church had moved to the village after being persecuted for their faith in other villages.

  • Father God, please send Your precious words that encourage us when wicked acts occur. You "might" say, "GOOD! take the roof off so my people can look higher!" Please send the assurance of Your love and help through Jesus, our Lord. We know this world is not our home; that we have a heavenly home without roofs or walls. Glory to God.
